Returns & Refunds policy

1. Training Programs

Refund requests may be submitted within seven (3) days starting the training course that:

• No training session has been attended.

• No digital content has been accessed.

• No related examination has been taken.

Once a program has started or digital content has been accessed, refunds may not be approved except at the Company's discretion.

2. Company Cancellation

If a training program is cancelled by the Company, participants may choose:

• A full refund, or

• Transfer to an alternative program.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the approval date.
