Overview  

The ICDL 2022 Certificate redefines the standard for digital literacy. This new 5-module certification updates the previous seven-module certificate and will ensure that candidates can use computers and common productivity applications confidently. In addition, they will stand out at work having gained an understanding of the emerging technologies such as AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing and the Internet of Things as well as be able to effectively work in online teams.

ICDL 2022 is designed to build the digital skills of the modern workplace and will help employees and candidates demonstrate their effective use of technology with skills and knowledge needed to:
1. Use a computer and operate online effectively
2. Use workplace applications effectively
3. Create complex documents that are attractive and easy to read
4. Organise and analyse data using spreadsheet software
5. Communicate information using presentation software
6. Work effectively in an online team using a range of collaborative tools and platforms
7. Protect data and information on computers, devices, and networks
8. Consider the potential of emerging technologies and have informed conversations with IT specialists

The syllabus content for all modules is supported by high-quality e-learning materials that establish core concepts, give practical examples of implementation, and provides opportunities for reflection. Together with a certification test for each module, this learning can provide an excellent opportunity to develop relevant competencies for future career development or to contribute to continuous professional development.

 Computer and Online EssentialsThe Computer & Online Essentials module sets out essential concepts and skills relating to the use of computers and devices, file and application management, networks, online information, online communication, and safety.Learn more   

 Office Application EssentialsThis module sets out the essential concepts and skills needed to start using common office productivity applications – word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations – effectively.Learn more   

 Online TeamworkThe Teamwork module covers the main concepts and skills needed to work effectively in a team using collaborative tools and platforms.Learn more   

 Emerging Technologies 2022Covering Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Big Data, and Cloud Computing, this module provides the conceptual understanding of these emerging technologies that are having a systemic and substantial effect on economies and societies.Learn more   

 Cyber SecurityThis module will help candidates understand online security and start to protect their digital life, whether at home or at work.

تعيد شهادة ICDL 2022 تعريف معيار بناء القدرات الرقمية. هذه الشهادة الجديدة التي تتكون من خمس مقررات هي نسخة محدثة للشهادة المعروفة التي تتكون من خمسة مقررات، من خلال إضافة ثلاث مقررات جديدة، وتقديم نسخة محدثة لثلاث مقررات أخرى، مما يضمن حصول المرشحين على أحدث المهارات الرقمية اللازمة لأي سيناريوهات حالية أو مستقبلية.
تم تصميم شهادة ICDL 2022 لبناء المهارات الرقمية لمكان العمل الحديث، لتساعد الموظفين والمرشحين على إظهار قدرتهم على الاستخدام الفعال للتكنولوجيا بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة من أجل:
1. استخدام الكمبيوتر والعمل على الإنترنت بشكل فعال
2. استخدام التطبيقات المكتبية مكان العمل بشكل فعال
3. إنشاء مستندات معقدة تكون جذابة وسهلة القراءة
4. تنظيم وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج جداول البيانات
5. توصيل المعلومات باستخدام برامج العروض التقديمية
6. العمل بفعالية في فريق عبر الإنترنت باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات والأنظمة الأساسية التعاونية
7. حماية البيانات والمعلومات الموجودة على أجهزة الكمبيوتر والأجهزة والشبكات
8. النظر في إمكانات التقنيات الناشئة وإجراء محادثات مستنيرة مع المتخصصين في تكنولوجيا المعلومات

 مقرر التقنيات الناشئة 2022يتناول هذا المقرر مفاهيم الذكاء االصطناعي وإنترنت األشياء والبيانات الضخمة والحوسبة السحابية، كما يبسط مفاهيم هذه المصطلحات مما يمكن المديرين من غير المتخصصين في تكنولوجيا المعلومات من النظر في إمكانيات هذه التقنيات وإجراء مناقشات مستنيرة مع متخصصي تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو المتخصصين.معرفة المزيد
